Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in Law (Bachelor’s in law / Master’s in law).
- Experience: 2–10 years in Conveyancing and handling real estate contracts.
- Core Skills: In-depth knowledge of conveyancing, contracts management, drafting, lease abstraction, and lease management.
- English Proficiency: IELTS Level 6 or Equivalent minimum (Reading, Writing, Listening/Speaking) to engage with Australian stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Problem-Solving, Interpretation Skills, Process Orientation, Attention to Detail, Resilience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Intermediate Level); Adaptability to platforms like PEXA (Property Exchange Australia), Salesforce, SAP, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on conveyancing and contract management to clients and colleagues.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in transactions, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Draft clear, well-structured communications, reports, and documentation.
- Build and maintain client relationships and manage client expectations throughout the contracts management process.
- Update daily and monthly reports and trackers, demonstrating strong Data Analysis and Reporting competence.
- Liaise with various internal teams and serve as a point of contact for the client in the conveyancing process.
