Job Details
- Position/Vacancies: Litigation Associate (1 position)
- Job Type: Full-time (Litigation; cross-practice exposure to labour & employment, corporate, and commercial disputes)
- Minimum Experience: 3–5 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Salary/Benefits: As per firm policy and candidate’s experience.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Experience: 3–5 years PQE in litigation, with a demonstrated interest in labour and employment law.
- Skills: Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently and coordinate with internal teams.
- Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients before High Courts, Labour Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial/quasi-judicial bodies.
- Draft pleadings, written statements, legal opinions, and submissions across litigation matters.
- Manage employment, commercial, contractual, and regulatory disputes.
- Conduct detailed legal research and contribute to strategic case planning.
- Collaborate with other practice areas and senior counsel to provide integrated client solutions.
