Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, written submissions, applications, and legal notes.
- Prepare for and assist/argue matters before courts and tribunals.
- Manage case timelines, filings, and coordination with junior staff and external counsel.
- Conduct legal research, prepare strategy memos, and client updates.
- Take ownership of complex litigation files and client communications.
