CoinDCX is hiring for the position of Corporate Legal Intern. This role is designed for candidates with a keen interest in corporate and transactional work, offering exposure to PE, M&A, and general corporate transactions.

- Mode: Onsite (Work from office)
- Duration: Minimum 3 months (Full-time)
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Students in their 5th year of law school or recent graduates.
- Institute: Candidates from top-tier colleges only.
- Experience: Must have prior internship experience with top-tier law firms or reputed companies.
- Availability: Must be available full-time for a minimum of 3 months. Tenure can be extended based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the corporate legal team on PE, M&A, and general corporate transactions.
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Supporting due diligence exercises and transaction documentation.
- Conducting legal research on corporate, regulatory, and securities laws.
- Preparing internal notes, trackers, and summaries of key transactions.
