Internship Details
- Position: Corporate Legal & Compliance Intern
- Location: Gautam Nagar / Govindpura, Bhopal (On-site)
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: Paid (Amount commensurate with performance/policy)
- Mode: In-person / Office-based
Key Practice Areas
- Corporate Law: Assisting in the formation and registration of various business entities (Private Limited, LLP, etc.).
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring businesses adhere to statutory requirements under the Companies Act and other local regulations.
- Documentation: Drafting commercial contracts, service agreements, and internal compliance policies.
- Regulatory Research: Conducting research on changing government policies, particularly in sectors like Labour Law, MSME, and Legal Metrology.
- Filings: Assisting with the preparation and filing of documents with the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) and other regulatory bodies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Currently enrolled Law students (LL.B. / B.A.LL.B.) or Fresh Law Graduates.
- Interest: A clear and demonstrated interest in Corporate and Compliance work.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in legal research and a keen eye for detail in legal drafting.
