About Legal Trainee Opportunity at Credgenics
- Role: Management Trainee – Law
- Duration: 6 Months (Training period)
- Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi (On-site / Work from Office)
- Joining: Immediate
- Stipend: Typically ranges around ₹10,000 per month (based on previous assessment internship data), with potential for a full-time role upon completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Litigation Management: Assisting in the digital tracking of recovery cases across various Indian courts and tribunals.
- Legal Drafting: Preparing standardized yet legally sound recovery notices, pleadings, and agreements.
- Compliance & Research: Conducting research on debt recovery laws, Insolvency (IBC), and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) frameworks.
- BFSI Operations: Gaining insight into how the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors manage credit risk and NPAs (Non-Performing Assets).
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation Status: Candidates from the Class of 2025 (5-year integrated or 3-year LL.B.).
- Current Students: Final semester students are only eligible if their classes are strictly online.
- Skills: Strong foundation in legal research and a keen interest in the intersection of Law, Finance, and Technology.
- Residence: Preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR due to the on-site requirement.
