About Legal Trainee Opportunity at Alba Law Offices

We are seeking a recent law graduate with prior internship experience in commercial contracts and regulatory advisory. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive legal support to a diverse portfolio of established businesses and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Legal Drafting & Advisory
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including:
o Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
o Consultancy & Retainership Agreements
o Licensing & IP Assignment Agreements
o Franchise & Distribution Agreements
o Technology Licensing & SaaS Agreements
o OEM, Manufacturing & Outsourcing Contracts
o Employment Agreements, HR Policies & Contractor Agreements
o Term Sheets, MOUs & LOIs
o Shareholder, Joint Venture & Collaboration Agreements
o Procurement & Supply Agreements
o NDAs & Confidentiality Agreements
o Logistics, Warehousing & Shipping Contracts
o Third-Party Logistics (3PL) & Service Level Agreements
• Drafting legal notices and core clauses including indemnity, arbitration, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution provisions - Regulatory & Policy Advisory/ Opinion
• Advising on compliance with key statutory frameworks such as:
o Indian Contract Act
o Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023
o Information Technology Act, 2000
o Applicable labour and employment laws
o Sector-specific legal and regulatory requirements
