Responsibilities
The candidate will assist the team in the following: [A] Negotiating with the franchisees, vendors; [B] Working on the SLAs, product supply agreements, NDAs, and other corporate matters; [C] Drafting show-cause notices, legal notices; [D] Preparing research notes and policy documents; and [E] Coordinate with external counsels with respect to any specific inputs.
Qualifications
- B.A. LL.B. from a university of national repute.
