About Long-Term Legal Internship Opportunity at Livspace
The Legal Team at Livspace is inviting applications from 4th and 5th year B.A. LL.B. students for a long-term internship (minimum 6 months) at our Bangalore office (on-site). This role offers meaningful exposure to in-house legal work within a fast-paced, consumer-tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Supporting cross-functional legal requirements across business teams
- Conducting legal research and contributing to advisory work
Eligibility
- Strong drafting and analytical skill
- Sound understanding of contract and commercial law
- Attention to detail and professional ownership
- Ability to commit for a minimum of 6 months
