Eligibility Criteria

  • Academic Status:
    • Undergraduate students who have completed at least 2 years of study.
    • Postgraduate students enrolled in a full-time PG course.
    • Research scholars.
    • Recent graduates (Completed degree within the last 6 months).
  • Academic Requirements: Minimum 70% marks or equivalent CGPA in the last examination passed.

Application Procedure

  1. Visit the Official Portal: Go to the NITI Aayog Internship Portal
  2. Register/Login: Create an account or log in.
  3. Complete Profile: Fill in personal details, education history, and grades.
  4. Select Domain: Choose the specific policy or research domain
  5. Upload Documents: Submit the following documents within the 1–10 December window:
    • Updated Resume.
    • Scanned Academic Transcripts or Marksheets (proof of 70% minimum marks).
    • Statement of Purpose (SOP): A concise SOP (500–1000 words) is mandatory.
    • One Government-Issued ID (Aadhar, Passport, or PAN).
