Eligibility & Requirements

- Strong interest in legal research, drafting, and Intellectual Property Rights.
- Comfortable with contractual work and legal content creation for digital platforms.
- Good written communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote set-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured legal research and prepare concise memos.
- Draft contracts, notices, IP filings/materials, and other legal documents as assigned.
- Assist with IPR matters and related procedural tasks.
- Create legal/informational posts for social media and firm channels (as assigned).
- Maintain timely, well-formatted deliverables and coordinate with supervisors remotely.
