Key Responsibilities

- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing agreements (NDAs, Service Agreements, vendor contracts).
- Assisting in preparing legal opinions, reports, and regulatory filings.
- Monitoring legal and regulatory updates relevant to the industry.
- Providing support in dispute resolution, litigation research, and policy drafting.
- Maintaining and organizing legal documents and case files.
