Practice Areas
- Litigation before NCLT, High Court, Arbitration panels, City Civil Court, and other tribunals.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Motivated law students or law graduates interested in litigation.
- Ability to attend the Fort office for court-related work.
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and willingness to learn in a courtroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist advocates in handling litigation matters before NCLT, High Court, City Civil Court, and tribunals.
- Support courtroom work and gain hands-on experience in proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and assist with drafting of pleadings, applications, and case documents.
- Attend court where required and assist with case file organization and trackers.
- Receive mentorship from senior advocates and contribute to case preparation.
