About Paid Legal Internship at Invincible Ocean
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 (Performance-based)

Key Responsibilities
- Contract Lifecycle: Drafting and proofreading Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Regulatory Research: Investigating legal frameworks related to RBI guidelines, SEBI regulations, and international data privacy laws.
- Compliance Audits: Assisting in internal compliance checks to ensure products meet global standards (like FATF or GDPR).
- Inter-departmental Coordination: Working with Tech and Product teams to align legal documentation with new fintech features.
- Documentation Management: Maintaining legal trackers and record-keeping systems for the firm’s diverse portfolio.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-Year Students: Current LL.B. students in their final year of study.
- Recent Graduates: 0–1 year post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Competencies: Proactive researchers with a high attention to detail and a strong interest in Fintech and RegTech.
