Internship Details
- Position: Legal Intern — Real Estate Team
- Internship Type: On-site
- Duration: 3 – 6 months
- Location: Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu (On-site only)
- Stipend/Benefits: Paid internship (stipend as per firm policy), mentorship, and practical experience in Tamil Nadu’s real estate legal processes.

Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. program.
- Must be based in Tirunelveli.
- Proficiency in Tamil (reading and writing) is mandatory.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct real estate due diligence and assist in verifying land and property records.
- Draft and review land documentation and transactional paperwork.
- Research Tamil Nadu revenue and registration laws.
- Work directly with senior associates and partners on client assignments.
- Assist with on-ground verification and documentation processes.
