About the Internship
This internship is designed for motivated law students interested in active litigation before the Supreme Court of India. The role offers exposure to high-level legal research and drafting, specifically within the context of the apex court.
Details
- Duration: January 2026 and/or February 2026.
- Flexibility: Candidates can apply for one month or both.
- Focus: High-level legal research, drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), and assisting in active matters before the Supreme Court.
Eligibility Criteria
- 5-Year LL.B. Students: 3rd Year and above.
- 3-Year LL.B. Students: 2nd Year and above.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and a deep interest in litigation.
Important Dates & Deadlines
- For January 2026 Slot: Apply by 31st December 2025.
- For February 2026 Slot: Apply by 10th January 2026.
