About Unnati Uthan

About the Youth Parliament Chapter 7
Varchasva #Fight_For_Your_Existence – Uthan Youth Parliament – Chapter 7 is a high-profile, national-level civic engagement conference. Uthan empowers students through structured simulations of key democratic processes, including the Indian Parliament, international committees, and various stakeholder negotiations. It aims to develop the next generation of changemakers, thinkers, and orators.
Eligibility
There is no age bar for participation. The platform welcomes anyone with a vision and opinion, with participation starting from Grade 6th onwards.
Location
The conference will be held at the Management Education and Research Institute (MERI), an IP-affiliated college located in Janakpuri, Delhi.

The Varchasva – Uthan Youth Parliament Chapter 7 will take place offline on January 17th and 18th, 2026.
