About the Internship
AKS Partners (Advocates | Solicitors | Consultants) is seeking interns for an Assessment Internship of upto 6 months.
Eligibility
Students currently pursuing their studies in the final year of a 5-year degree course or in their final year in a 3-year degree course, or those who have recently completed their LLB from recognized colleges.
Role
โข Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
โข Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
โข Conduct corporate/ real estate due diligences.
โข Analyze and summarize complex legal information.
โข Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
โข Participate in conferences and client meetings (as required).
