About the Law/Legal Job Opportunity at JURAL® LLP
They are Hiring Legal Associate – Research (Onsite)
Qualification
- LL.B from a recognized university, with or without experience.
- Strong knowledge of Securities Law, Trademark Prosecution, and Family Law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on diverse legal issues and render critical legal opinions.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and legal opinions.
- Provide support in securities law matters, including compliance with SEBI regulations and representation before SEBI, SAT, and the Supreme Court of India.
- Handle trademark prosecution and litigation matters, including filing applications and responding to office actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends
