About the Law/Legal Job Opportunity at ANS Commerce
We are looking for someone with upto 2 years of experience in drafting, vetting legal agreements and contract negotiations with specialization in business and commercial laws. The role requires deep understanding of Ecommerce regulations, IPR, Data Protection, Information Technology Act, Legal Metrology Act etc. with an expertise in contract management, research and the ability to coordinate with different verticals of the Company.

Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
1. Drafting, vetting, and negotiating a variety of legal documents including SLAs, Vendor Agreements, NDA’s, MOU’s etc.
2. Working independently on assigned agreements from all departments including but not limited to HR, Finance, Admin
3. Reviewing and ensuring compliance with legal industry standards and company policies
4. Managing the contract lifecycle and contract repositories
5. Ensuring legal compliance in all contractual matters
Skills and Qualifications
1. Upto 2 years of experience in legal drafting, contract management and compliance (preferably in ecommerce industry)
2. Excellent research skills and the ability to work in an IC role
3. Experience in contract negotiation and legal advisory
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to meet business requirements
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
