Position

Associate / Senior Associate

Experience

2-5year

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and procurement agreements
• Structuring PE/M&A transactions and drafting deal-related documents
• Familiarity with the Companies Act 2013, SEBI, and FEMA regulations is essential

Preference

Candidates with experience in drafting contracts and transactional work are highly preferred.
