About Legal Job Opportunity at Tata Nexarc
Tata Nexarc is hiring an Associate Lead – Legal for their company. To handle end-to-end initiation to the closure of various contracts like Contract Manufacturing Agreements, contracts with Banks and other Financial Institutions, Technology Contracts, Supply Agreements, customer-facing contracts and other commercial agreements with some of the largest players across industries.

Eligibility
- LL.B from a recognized university in India. LL.M and/or CS will be added advantage.
- Work Experience required: Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Law firms, tech startups as inhouse counsel. Exposure in manufacturing & trading industry will be an added advantage.
Job Description
- Handling end to end initiation to closure of various contracts like Contract Manufacturing Agreements, contract with Banks and other Financial Institutions, Technology Contracts, Supply Agreements, customer facing contracts and other commercial agreements with some of the largest players across industries.
- Develop and maintain contract repository.
- Liaising with advocates, maintaining MIS- recording, updating and maintaining case list and tracking status of various litigations.
- Working very closely with internal stakeholders from Tech, Business, Finance and Admin to interpret and explain legal terms, provide advisory and set up cross functional processes for the organization with a long term view of consistent compliance and efficiency.
- Compliance with Data Privacy Laws
- Secretarial Compliance under Companies Act, 2013
