About Paid Law Internship Opportunity at H.K.J. & Associates
H.K.J. & Associates is seeking law students to join their Office in Mayur Vihar, Delhi, for a one-month paid internship in November 2024. Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in:
- Drafting & Conveyancing: Work with documents like sale deeds, lease agreements, etc.
- Property Due Diligence & Title Search: Engage in title investigations and evaluation processes for properties across India.
- Legal Compliance & Registration: Gain exposure to statutory requirements, approvals, and project sanctions.
- Litigation Support: Assist in civil, criminal, and commercial matters
Eligibility
- 4th/5th-year B.A. LL.B. and 2nd/3rd-year LL.B. students based in NCR.
- Candidates with knowledge of Property Law, basic drafting, and due diligence skills.
- Interest in real estate and property law, with prior corporate team internship experience (law firms or in-house preferred)
Duration & Stipend
- 1 month, on-site
- Stipend based on performance
