About Legal Job Opportunity at Pulastya Legal Services LLP
Pulastya Legal Services LLP is hiring an “experienced IP associate” for our Mumbai office. Applications are invited from ‘only’ those who have at least 1-2 years of PQE in IP/Trademark laws.
Eligibility
- Deep understanding of IP laws, particularly trademarks, including the processes of filing, prosecution, oppositions, renewals, and enforcement.
- Independent work experience with limited hand-holding.
- Proficiency in conducting legal research, using IP databases, and staying updated on the latest developments in IP laws.
- Prior and independent experience in drafting IP and Business agreements (with minimal supervision)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
