Alba Law Offices is looking to onboard an Associate Advocate with proven experience in commercial contracts, real estate transactions, and regulatory advisory.

Experience

3-4 years in a law firm

Role

The role involves providing end-to-end legal support to a wide range of established businesses.
Key Areas:
🔹 Drafting MSAs, consultancy, IP, employment, JV & supply agreements etc.,
🔹 Compliance advisory under Contract Act, DPDP Act, IT Act & labour laws,
🔹 Real estate documentation, due diligence & title review.

Compensation

Commensurate with experience and skill set
