About Legal Job Opportunity at Alternis Ita (AI) Legal Partners
AI Legal Partners is inviting applications for the position of Entry-Level Associate to join their corporate law practice. We’re seeking a motivated law graduate or an early-career professional (0–2 year PQE) with a keen interest in corporate and commercial law.

Pratap Nagar, Jaipur
Eligibility
Preference will be given to candidates who have prior exposure—through internships or previous roles—to one or more of the following areas:
- Contract drafting and vetting (NDAs, vendor agreements, shareholder agreements, etc.)
- Company incorporation and compliance under Companies Act, 2013
- Legal due diligence for corporate transactions
- Exposure to M&A, private equity, or startup advisory work
- Basic understanding of FEMA, FDI regulations, and SEBI guidelines (a plus, not mandatory)
- Experience with legal research and opinion writing
Skills & Attributes
- Good legal drafting and research skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a collaborative environment
