Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors is looking to expand its Real Estate Practice with the addition of a dynamic and driven Associate (2–3 years PQE) to join our growing team.
Location
New Delhi / Gurugram
About the Role
The role involves active litigation work in Gurugram, covering appearances before:
– Civil and District courts
– Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA)
– Revenue courts and other quasi-judicial forums
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, applications, and affidavits
- Briefing and coordinating with senior counsel
- Independent appearances and arguments before relevant forums
Who Should Apply
Lawyers with 2–3 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in real estate or infrastructure-related disputes, having hands-on experience in drafting and a strong command over procedural and substantive civil laws.
