IndusInd Bank is hiring for a Senior Manager (Legal) to join their Corporate Legal Team in Mumbai. This is a full-time role focused on corporate legal advisory and transactional documentation within the banking sector.
Qualifiaction
- LL.B. / LL.M. degree from a reputed university.
- Experience: 2–5 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in a leading private sector bank or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). Experience in legal/banking contracts is preferred.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills across various documentation types (banking, fintech/IT, wealth management, transaction banking, marketing/branding, and capital markets).
- Must possess good stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards.
