Peshori Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Legal Associate (Fresher) to join its advisory team on a Hybrid basis. This is a prime opportunity for a recent law graduate to specialize in corporate and regulatory compliance.
Qualifiaction
- Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Law Graduate (B.A.LL.B, LL.B, or equivalent).
- Strong conceptual understanding of SEBI Regulations, Companies Law (2013), and Data Privacy laws.
- Exceptional legal drafting ability, powerful analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide advisory support on complex areas, particularly SEBI Regulations, Companies Law (2013), and emerging Data Privacy laws.
- Legal Drafting: Draft, review, and finalize various commercial contracts, agreements, notices, and legal documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive Legal Notes and Opinions on critical regulatory and compliance issues.
- Assist in legal due diligence, compliance audits, and maintaining immaculate legal records and filings.
