About Legal Job Opportunity at Praxis Legal
Praxis Legal is hiring an experienced professional for the position of Associate within its Disputes practice, focusing on Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualification
- Minimum 4–5 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in civil & commercial litigation and arbitration.
- Mandatory Experience: Proven experience drafting and appearing before the Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court, NCLT, DRT, and arbitral tribunals.
- Strong knowledge of practice and procedure for the listed courts/forums.
- Preferred: Familiarity with construction/engineering disputes is an advantage.
- Ability to manage complex disputes, work independently and collaboratively, and be comfortable with travel across India.
