About Legal Internship Opportunity at QGO Finance Limited
QGO Finance Limited is offering a full-time, long-term Legal Intern position to join its In-house Legal & Compliance Team. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in the financial sector, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility Criteria / Qualification
- Final-year or penultimate-year law students (from both 3-year or 5-year LL.B. courses).
- Prior exposure or demonstrated interest in corporate law, NBFC/financial sector, or real-estate finance is preferred.
- Skills: Good drafting, research, and commercial awareness; ability to work effectively in a corporate in-house setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review loan documentation, security agreements, and related transaction paperwork.
- Assist in legal due diligence for lending and investment transactions.
- Monitor and research regulatory updates from RBI, SEBI, MCA, and other authorities; prepare compliance notes.
- Support investor relations/legal coordination (drafting letters, preparing packs, liaising with stakeholders).
- Maintain legal files, trackers, and assist the legal & compliance team with ad-hoc tasks.

- A Stipend will be provided (commensurate with the profile).
- PPO/Absorption: Consideration for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) or permanent absorption is based on performance.
