Candidate Profile / Qualification
- Position: Junior Associate.

- Expertise (Mandatory): Prior experience in banking and Real Estate due diligence.
- Advantageous Knowledge: Familiarity with RBI norms, Real Estate Laws, insolvency laws, and property compliances.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on borrowers, collaterals, and transactions.
- Review and analyse legal documents and title records.
- Prepare detailed due diligence reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
