King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK) is hiring a Trainee Associate / Associate to join its Real Estate Team in the Mumbai office. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers must have prior real estate internship experience to be considered.
- Mandatory Language: Working proficiency in Marathi is mandatory for this role.
- Interest: Strong interest in real estate law and transaction work.
- Skills: Good drafting, research, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assist in due diligence for real estate transactions.
- Draft and review real estate documents and agreements.
- Support senior associates and partners in client deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients and external stakeholders for document collection and compliance.
Salary
As per firm standards and candidate’s experience.
