About Job Opportunity at Strategix Legal
Strategix Legal is hiring a Corporate Lawyer / Associate for a full-time position in its corporate advisory and transactional practice. The role offers a Hybrid work model based in Noida.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in corporate/commercial law is preferred.
- Qualification: LL.B. (3-year/5-year) from a recognized university. Final-year students awaiting results may also apply.
- Skills:
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills for commercial and corporate agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, research, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements.
- Provide transactional and regulatory advisory support on M&A and corporate matters.
- Conduct legal research, prepare opinions, and client-ready documents.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Salary
As per firm policy and candidate’s experience.
