Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: 3–4 years PQE in Technology / Media / Telecommunications / Fintech / Online Gaming / E-commerce / AdTech or closely related sectors.
- Contract Expertise: Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and building contract playbooks.
- Advisory Experience: Strong advisory experience on deal structuring and regulatory matters (e.g., SatCom, IT/ITeS, Cloud Computing, AI).
- Experience providing product counsel/advisory for new products/features.
- Excellent contract drafting, commercial judgment, and ability to translate complex regulations into business-friendly advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements and create playbooks/templates.
- Provide regulatory advisory and compliance guidance across TMT sectors.
- Counsel product teams on legal risks of new products/features and advise on market entry strategies.
- Advise on deal structuring and commercial terms in technology and platform transactions.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments and proactively counsel clients.
