About Legal Internship Opportunity at Heads Up For Tails
HUFT is offering a Legal Intern position, providing substantial hands-on experience in corporate contracts, compliance, and legal operations within a business-focused legal team.
Practice Areas

Eligibility & Requirements
- Law students (final year preferred) or recent law graduates.
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in corporate, commercial contracts, compliance, and IP matters.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, business-focused legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review NDAs, SLAs, lease & supply agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Support contract negotiations with franchisees, vendors, and partners.
- Assist in preparing legal notices and drafting responses.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, regulations, and precedents.
- Help develop company policies, compliance manuals, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and regulatory matters.
- Maintain legal records, contract repositories, and case trackers.
- Assist with compliance checks, internal audits, presentations, trackers, and reports.
