Eligibility & Requirements
- Law graduate (LL.B. or equivalent).
- Strong academic record and demonstrable interest in transactional work.
- Prior practical exposure through corporate law internships or work experience is preferred.
- Good drafting, research, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial and corporate agreements.
- Support company incorporation, corporate governance, and ongoing compliance tasks.
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare transaction memos and checklists.
- Assist in private equity / VC transactions and investor documentation.
- Prepare legal research notes, opinions, and client deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, external counsels, and internal teams on transaction execution.
