- Experience Required (PQE): 1–3 Years Post-Qualification Experience.
- Education: LL.B (3 years or 5 years) / LL.M.

Practice Areas

Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Prior experience in commercial litigation, and knowledge of IPR.
- Drafting of suit plaint, written statement, interim applications, written submissions, etc.
- Prior experience in appearing before various courts in Delhi (District Courts, Delhi High Court).
- Open to travel to South Delhi and all District Courts and Delhi High Courts. (Flexibility and availability for working on weekends depending on urgent work requirement is often an expectation in such roles).
- Coordination, communication, and planning across attorney teams.
