Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in tax, legal research, or policy work.
- Qualification: LLB / LLM / CA. (A Master’s in Public Policy or related field is a plus).
- Skills: Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Interest: Must have an interest in data, public institutions, and systemic reform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on litigation, assessments, and dispute-resolution processes in direct tax.
- Analyse pendency, disposal patterns, and tax-related datasets.
- Draft policy briefs, blogs, case studies, and other research outputs.
- Support stakeholder workshops, roundtables, and consultations.
- Collaborate with senior practitioners and officials, including veterans from the Income Tax Department.
