Hitachi Payment Services is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Intern to support its legal team with commercial and contract law matters. This role offers practical exposure to corporate contracting, compliance, and transactional support within the fast-paced payments and fintech environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Law students or graduates (3-year or 5-year LL.B.) or candidates with equivalent legal qualifications preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and good written/verbal communication skills.
- Interest in commercial contracts and corporate compliance.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will primarily assist the legal team with:
- Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts and agreements.
- Supporting contract lifecycle management and maintaining contract trackers.
- Conducting basic legal research on commercial and regulatory issues relevant to payments and fintech.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders (operations, sales, product) for contract clarifications and follow-ups.
- Assisting the legal team with documentation, compliance checks, and ad-hoc legal tasks.
