Experience Required (PQE): Law graduate with experience or strong interest in M&A, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate advisory.

Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduate with experience or strong interest in M&A, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate advisory.
- Strong drafting, transaction execution, and research skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
- Commercial understanding and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing M&A, PE, and VC transactions.
- Draft and review transaction documents (SPAs, SSAs, SHA, term sheets, diligence reports, etc.).
- Conduct legal due diligence on target entities.
- Support partners and senior associates in deal execution and client communication.
- Research on corporate, securities, regulatory, and investment laws relevant to transactions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for transaction management.
