Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience preferable in IT Industry.
  • Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Legal professional with prior working experience in contracts, disputes, advisory, general corporate, government/regulatory matters, and commercial compliance.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and fluency in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts (vendor, service, partnership agreements).
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide guidance on contract terms and conditions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms.
  • Maintain organized records of all contract documents and correspondence.
  • Provide training and support to team members on contract-related matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments related to contract law.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders for ensuring statutory and contractual compliance.
