Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree from a premier law school and membership in a jurisdictional organization (mandatory).

- Excellent organizational skills (mandatory).
- Attorney candidates must be in compliance with all relevant licensing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents with clients, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), non-reliance letters (NRLs), and confidentiality joinder agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analyze laws and requirements.
- Engage in other special projects, as needed.
- Work closely with other lawyers and business partners globally, providing legal services to various Lines of Business and Practice Group attorneys.
