Internship Details
Position: Final-Year Legal Intern Organization: ADS Legal Location: New Delhi (In-person / On-site) Duration: Minimum 1 month (specific dates to be discussed during selection)

Eligibility Criteria
- Status: Final-year law students (mandatory).
- 5th-year students of the B.A. LL.B. (5-year) programme.
- 3rd-year students of the 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Duration: Minimum internship duration: 1 month.
Key Responsibilities / Role
- Assist in drafting and preparation of petitions, appeals, and other court documents.
- Help in filing cases across various courts and tribunals.
- Conduct legal research on assigned matters and prepare briefing notes.
- Participate in court/tribunal visits—including the Supreme Court, High Courts, and specialized tribunals.
- Support partners and associates with day-to-day case work and additional tasks as assigned.
