Key Responsibilities / Role
- Handle and assist in litigation matters across various courts and tribunals.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, applications, and briefs.
- Appear in court for hearings and procedural matters.
- Assist senior lawyers in case preparation and strategy.
- Coordinate filings, documentation, and client communication.
