Kings & Alliance LLP (K&A) is a premier full-service law firm with over 25 years of experience representing domestic and international enterprises. The firm is expanding its specialized Insolvency & Company Law practice and is seeking two dedicated Associates to join its corporate office in New Delhi. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes, time-sensitive matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and requires active participation in proceedings before the NCLT and NCLAT.

- Key Focus Areas: IBC, Corporate Reorganization, NCLT/NCLAT Litigation, and Company Law.
Eligibility Criteria
- Professional Status: Enrolled with the State Bar Council as an Advocate.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in legal research and drafting of insolvency-related pleadings.
- Experience: Prior hands-on exposure to proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
- Competencies: Ability to work effectively in a high-stakes, time-sensitive environment; coachable and team-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Appear and assist in insolvency and company law proceedings before NCLT and NCLAT.
- Draft high-quality applications, replies, written submissions, and advisory notes.
- Support Resolution Professionals (RPs), financial lenders, and corporate clients in comprehensive IBC matters.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and partner briefings.
- Coordinate filings, documentation, and maintain regular client communication.
