Internship Details
- Position: Legal Intern (IPR)
- Location: Kalkaji, New Delhi (On-site)

Focus Areas
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, and Designs.
- Drafting & Prosecution: Assisting in the preparation of IPR-related filings and responses.
- Legal Research: Exploring precedents and evolving IP regulations in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Research: Conducting in-depth legal research to support IPR litigation and advisory.
- Drafting: Assisting in drafting legal notices, responses to office actions, and IP-related agreements.
- Documentation: Managing and organizing legal files and assisting in the filing of IP applications.
- Learning: Gaining hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a professional law firm environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized Law School.
- Strong interest in Intellectual Property laws and practice.
- Exceptional legal research and drafting skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a high degree of attention to detail.
