About Competition Commission of India (CCI)
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) is the chief national competition regulator in India. It is a statutory body within the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and is responsible for enforcing the Competition Act, 2002, to promote competition and prevent activities that have an appreciable adverse effect on competition in India.

About the Internship at CCI
CCI is inviting applications for its internship programme. This is a prestigious, paid opportunity designed for students and scholars to gain hands-on exposure to Competition Law and the functioning of the Commission.

  • Location: New Delhi
  • Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
  • Duration: 1 Month (Extendable up to 3 months)
  • Mode: On-site / Full-time

Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Must be an Indian National.
  • Academic Status:
    • 3-year LL.B: Students in 2nd or 3rd year.
    • 5-year LL.B: Students in 4th or 5th year.
    • LL.M: Current students.
    • Students of Economics, Management (MBA), Finance, or Regulatory Governance are also eligible (per specific year criteria).

Important Deadlines

  • Applications are accepted on a rolling basis but must be submitted by the 1st of the preceding month.
    • For February 2026 Internship: Apply by January 1, 2026.
