Internship Details
- Position: Judicial Intern
- Location: Supreme Court of India, New Delhi (Physical/In-person)
- Duration: Rolling basis up to March 2026
- Application Deadline: 15th of the month preceding your preferred internship month
Key Responsibilities
- Case Analysis: Preparing detailed case notes and summaries for matters listed before the Bench.
- Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on complex questions of law and constitutional issues.
- Court Observation: Observing daily court proceedings to understand judicial reasoning and advocacy.
Eligibility Criteria
- 5-Year Integrated Program: Students in their 3rd year or above.
- 3-Year LL.B. Program: Students in their 2nd year or above.
- Attributes: High academic standing, meticulous research skills, and a strong understanding of procedural laws.
Selection Timeline
- Application Deadline: 15th of the preceding month.
- Shortlisting Notification: 22nd of the preceding month (via email).
