Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Drafting: Learning to draft specialized pleadings such as Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), Writ Petitions, and Bail Applications.
- Legal Research: Conducting deep-dive analysis into case laws and precedents relevant to current Supreme Court matters.
- Strategy & Procedure: Gaining an understanding of courtroom strategy and the procedural nuances of the Supreme Court and Tribunals.
- Case Analysis: Reviewing real-life case files and analyzing judgments to prepare briefs.
